Mission
Since our kickoff cleanup in spring 2013, on Monument Island, we've been adopting and cleaning islands like they're our own.
So far Island Huggers has adopted 3 islands, Sandpiper, Tern, and Quayside, with a potential fourth on the way!
Our mission is simple – adopt, preserve, and cherish Miami's islands. Together, let's make waves of positive change.
